Sacred Heart of California hospice care provides end-of-life care for patients with life-limiting illnesses which no longer respond to curative treatment. We work with patients and families to provide comfort and preserve dignity in the face of terminal illness. Explore our services including pain and symptom management, emotional and spiritual support for patients and bereavement support for families.  When appropriate, patient's primary physician and our Medical Director will authorize start of Hospice care.
